We process your data for various purposes related to communicating with you. This includes in particular responding to enquiries, enforcing your rights and contacting you in the event of further questions. In doing so, we primarily use communication data and master data as well as registration data in relation to offers and services used by you. This data may be stored for documentation purposes, training, quality assurance and follow-up enquiries.

5.1. Server-Logfiles
This website is hosted by WordPress.com. In order to optimise and maintain our website, technical errors that may occur when accessing our website are logged. Furthermore, when using the website, information is automatically collected that the browser of your end device transmits to our hosting provider. This includes: IP address and operating system of your end device, browser type, version, language, date and time of the server request, accessed file, the website from which the access was made (referrer URL), the status code (e.g. 404) and the transmission protocol used (e.g. HTTP/2). This data is collected and stored by our hosting provider in order to be able to optimise processes and procedures, particularly in connection with the use of our website and the security and stability of the computer system.
